More campaigning in Dagenham and Rainham

On Saturday help was provided to Simon Jones in the new Dagenham and Rainham Constituency. Canvassing and leaflets were delivered with about 15 people turning up to help out!

Campaigning in Chadwell Heath

Today some of us met up with a group in Chadwell Heath to help start the deliveries for Simon Jones. There were about 14 of us in total, Cllrs David Grantham and Roger Evans AM were out and some people travelled in from across London.

Simon is already planning another leaflet and canvassing in a different Ward under the new Constituency, this time in one of the wards that falls into Havering. If you wish to help out on Saturday 19 May either leafleting or canvessing (you can choose), please let me know by emailing me at chairman@haveringconservativefuture.com and I will forward on full details of time and place.

Leafleting in St Andrews Finished

Tonight saw us finish the campaigning in the St Andrews ward, delivering the Council Tax leaflet that we have been doing for the past two weeks. It has been a fantastic effort to finish the entire ward in such a short amount of time.

The next campaigning event is the 'Stop Rainham Jail' march on Saturday 14th April. James Brokenshire MP will be there with a number of councillor from Havering. In order to support please contact Cllr GK Adams on events@haveringconservativefuture.com.

More Leafleting in St Andrews

Tonight saw more campaigning in the St Andrews ward, delivering the Council Tax leaflet from last week. This time we concentrated on the part of the ward close to Elm Park. Despite only lasting for about an hour and a quarter we managed to deliver more than expected and should be able to finish our last task over the weekend. We will be announcing the time and date of the next campaign day shortly, so please keep checking this blog.

The evening was rounded off in the traditional way, with a few drinks in the Chequers pub in Hornchurch.

Leafleting in St Andrews

Tonight saw some a quickly arranged campaign night in the St Andrews ward. The leaflet concerned the Havering Conservative administration's excellent record on delivering steady council tax increases, whilst improving services. This leaflet was the first to go out under the new Hornchurch & Upminster Conservatives banner.

The evening was rounded off in the usual way, with a few drinks in the Chequers pub in Hornchurch and watching the England match.

Campaigning in South Hornchurch

On Saturday morning Havering CF supported James Brokenshire MP, Cllr Roger Evans AM and the new Dagenham & Rainham Conservatives with their campaigning efforts in the South Hornchurch ward. Deliveries in Chadwell Heath
